The paper presents the results of a microbiological study of ready-made salads "Stolichny", sold in the city of Murmansk. The results cover research for 2015 and 2016. The analysis was conducted in accordance with the current SanPiN 2.3.2.1078-01. A comparative study of the results obtained in 2015 and 2016 is carried out.
