16 women with a confirmed diagnosis by ultrasonic method in term from 28 till 35 weeks were prospectively surveyed in order to study the microbial landscape rear of vaginal fornix, amniotic fluid and placenta of women with antenatal fetal death (AFD). Microorganisms in the amniotic fluid and / or placenta, similar to the microflora of posterior vaginal fornix are revealed as a result of bacteriological investigation.
