Microgroups in the educational staff and their influence on overall commonity and performance

The work examined the mechanisms of formation of microgroups in an educational team and their impact on the team’s performance. The psychological aspects of forming small teams within a larger team can presumably have a negative impact on overall performance indicators. Based on the results of the work, it was determined that in an educational team the presence of microgroups gives a more positive result, which is due to the specificity of setting the goal of the work of this team, since the overall effectiveness in this case does not depend on the results of completing a common task, but on the sum of the results of achieving individual goals by individual representatives of the teams.
