Genotoxicity micronuclear test and its decrease in addition of phytomineralsorbent to the poultry feed

At microscopy of cockerels cross Habbard - 15 38 daily age in 4 cases in cytoplasm of the studied erythrocytes we found additional nuclear corpuscules (micronuclears) which are an indicators of violation of the cell chromosomal unit. The addition of phytomineralsorbent to all-mash in a dose 1,5; 2 and 2,5% lowered the erythrocytes containing micronuclears from 4% to 3; 2,5 and 1,8% respectively, that indicates on detoxicant dose dependent influence of a sorbent. The micronuclear test needs to be used as the indicator of a physiological condition of a poultry population.
