In article the assessment of qualitative and quantitative is made and metabolic violations of intestinal microflora during various periods of enteric infections at children are more senior than year with burdened premorbidal state during various periods of disease: in the sharp period, before an extract from a hospital and in 4-6 weeks of catamnesis is made.
