Militia forms in the defense system of the USSR and modern Russia

The article is an attempt to overcome the main flaw in the lightening of the theory of defense building, which was allowed by Russian scientists after World War II. It is the underestimation of militia forms of the development of the military organization of society. This article completes the series of author’s publications on the subject. Among them are articles published in the magazine «The Power» (2015, No. 2, No. 6; 2016, No. 1, No. 6).
