The data of age-related changes in mineral density (MD) of the spine arte analysed by its measuring method of roentgen double-energy absorptiometry. The dependence of MD on bode mass, amount of muscular and fatty tissue, motor activitry and number of estrogens. The attention is drawn to the fact, that vertebral bodies never achieve peak bone mass, their mass increases throughout their life. Some bones (cranii and femoral) continue to increase in diameter, and the area of the greater trochanter increases for age-related decrease of minerals in number in the proximal third of femur.
