The paper presents ash and mineral elements (Ca, K, Fe, Mg, Mn, Zn and Cu) values in bark of Scots pine ( Pinus sylvestris L.). Elements content in the ash pine bark was found to be: Ca: 83.7-89.9%; K: 4.2-5.0%; Fe: 3.0-6.2%; Mg: 2.0-2.8%; Mn: 1.0-2.4%; Zn - 0.3%; Cu - 0.05%. Statistically significant differences were observed for K, Fe, Mg, Mn, Zn and Cu values. Their concentrations was higher in the in Pleuroziosum, Pteridiosum and Myrtillosum types of pine stands than in Oxalidosum, Fontinale-herbosum and Polytrichosum types.
