Миниинвазивные доступы в кардиохирургии приобретенных пороков сердца

Традиционно операции на сердце выполнялись при помощи стернотомии. После разработки новых методов последовали процедуры протезирования клапанов и реваскуляризации миокарда при помощи торакотомии и гемистернотомии. С появлением транскатетерного протезирования аортального клапана и аортальных клапанов быстрого раскрытия возник вопрос о необходимости минимизации травмы при хирургической замене клапана. Приводятся данные об историческом развитии миниинвазивных доступов в кардиохирургии, а также предпринимается попытка сопоставить преимущества и недостатки разных методик.
