World practice of management of labour as a factor of economic dynamics

The article deals with the specific character of the work of HR management departments in foreign countries by case study of companies of the USA, Germany, Japan, as well as multinational corporations. The author considers the functions performed by the HR departments in foreign companies (human resources management, planning, social, legal, economic). It is concluded that the theoretical developments in the field of labour management, actively used abroad, can be further developed and applied in the HR management system of Russia.
