World financial and economic crisis and the problem of confidence in the political and social institutions

The world financial and economic crisis broke out at the end of 2008 has become a serious test of the political and social institutions strength. Preceding it corporate scandals in various countries, the main reason for which were unfair actions of the subjects of the market with all evidence showed in sufficiency and inefficiency of state regulation mechanisms of economy. It is fairly evident that overcoming the crisis directly depends on whether the state alongside with other political and social institutions, could be able to restore the shattered public confidence. The author considers two types of confidence: institutional and personified, and comes to the conclusion, that their extract combination makes the most important condition to overcome the crisis.
