The author defines the relevance of the topic of the research, studies the experience of the impression’s economy in different countries. The author also examines the role of the economy of impressions in the formation of the state image and its tourist attractiveness. The author analyzes the world rankings and indices on the topic under study, reveals the importance of the impression economy as a mechanism of "soft power" and as a competitive advantage in the international arena.
