This article presents the results of a comparison of the most important, from the point of view of the professional activity of the organization, concepts of personnel policy in the modern world community, identifying the leaders of its standardized state and analyzing management approaches in the United States and Japan. The personnel policy of an enterprise, depending on the level of development of state policy, is prone to its holistic change. This can be influenced by a number of interrelated factors, including both national unity and the country's traditions, its heritage.
