Soft skills of higher education institutions graduates trained in pedagogy as a competitive factor

The article presents the study results of soft skills of a pedagogical university competitive graduate from the point of view of the educational institutions employers and compiles a portrait of a new type of young teacher. The main problems are identified and the areas of activity of each of the subjects of teacher training are identified in order to develop these skills in students. Practical recommendations are offered.
