Meat productivity of sheep hybrids after crossing the ewes of the Tsigaiskaya breed with the bucks of the Teksel breed

The authors estimated the slaughter quality, the morphological content of the carcass, the chemical, amino acidic and fat-acidic content of meat and also energy value of the later in the young of pure-blooded sheeps of the Tsigaiskaya breed and in the hybrids after crossing of the ewes of the Tsigaiskaya breed with the bucks of the Teksel breed. It was shown, that such commercial cross promotes to significant increase of carcass mass and slaughter mass, meat pulp content in usual conditions and to the reduction of carcass mass loss during cooling, the increase of muscular eye area in progeny at the age of 7,5-8,5 months.
