The meat qualities of sheep were estimated in connection with animals breed and age. The slaughter indices in animals and morphological composition of carcass were determined. It was shown that animals of the Bakurskaya and Russian Dlinnotoshchekhvostaya breeds have the high meat productivity and precocity, but the Bakurskaya sheep has these parameters a little bit above.
