Infancy as a marginal object of philosophical reflection

The article reviews the issue on the causes of infancy’s exclusion from the context of philosophical and culturological analysis. The paper emphasizes that, despite the “confidentiality” at this age, infancy as an experience of individual existence has undoubted relevance. Moreover, the human development through the infancy as an extreme otherness actualizes the question of co-being and the role of the Other in personal development.
