Opinions of the Russian publishing workers on release of popular scientific issues: bibliological and sociological aspects

Opinions of the domestic editors and the publishers reflecting their views on the current state and prospects of development of publishing in the sphere of popularization of science in Russia are analysed. Problem aspects highlighted by these experts are revealed. Comparison of their assessments with analytical conclusions of sociologists is carried out.
