This article presents the author's view on the managing problem of discrete-continuous manufacturing processes industrial complexes (corporations) from a position of socio-technical systems. Traditional management tasks technical systems (stabilization, optimization, program management, extreme management) in diffuse systems is considerably more complicated because it is necessary to take into account the human factor, as a component the structural and functional organization of control system. In addition, large-scale innovatics of production improvement effect on natural and social environment, which requires to solve prognostic problems of innovation consequences. To analyze and solve problems is proposed to use modeling based on multi-agent imitative event approach.
