Multi-objective model for planning water-energy modes of Novosibirsk hydro power plant

In this article developed multi-objective optimization model is proposed to solve the problem of planning water-energy modes of the Novosibirsk HPP in accordance with a predetermined optimality criteriа (maximizing total water head and minimizing total discharge for the planning period) satisfying all constraints (water-energy, morphometric, regime, management, water consumers). The mathematical model was formalized and solved as a linear programming problem. Experimental study of the model has been carried out with 2017 data and the task of ten-day period planning from April to July (only 12 ten-day periods) was solved. Based on the results of the study, the conclusion about application perspectiveness of the developed model for planning water-energy modes of the Novosibirsk HPP was made.
