The article presents the results of the study aimed at developing a universal comprehensive system for evaluating the efficiency of personnel training, which allows analyzing various aspects of this process and building individual educational trajectories for employees of the enterprise. The block-modular approach is proposed as a methodological basis for building an evaluation system. It will provide the flexibility and adaptability of the evaluation system for personnel training efficiency and the possibility of its adaptation to the company's objectives in the field of personnel management, as well as to the strategic priorities of its development. Blocks and modules in the system can be allocated according to the functional characteristics, subsystems existing in the company. A system of evaluation criteria is formed within each module, which can be added or excluded from the system over time. This approach makes it possible to reduce the system of training efficiency evaluation in a company to a multi-criteria task and obtain a comprehensive result for each block and for the training system as a whole.
