Multicriterial approach to determining the competitiveness of organizations of the service sector: customer orientation

The article presents the conceptual model of the sectoral economy developed bythe authors, which determines the role and structure of the sphere of servicesin the national economic complex. The analysis of existing approaches to thedetermination of factors of competitiveness is carried out. The distinctive features ofentrepreneurship in the sphere of services are considered. The main components andgroups of criteria for determining the competitiveness of the market supply in theservice sector are singled out, and customer focus is singled out as a new criterion.
