Multidimensionality of the space of child's personality development

The article considers features of formation of rising generation in conditions of spiritually-spatial richness of Russia. It shows a special role of the system of extracurricular additional education of children in the conditions of the education reform of the 1990s - the beginning of the 2000s, a certain scientific integrity in the study of childhood and its development. The authors believe that the communicative model of education needs to be supplemented with a synergetic model that will increase its focus on the future. The authors prove the need to follow the long-standing Russian tradition of education, training and upbringing. Education and upbringing are parts of the system of culture: school must supply to the modern culture with the type of person necessary for it. The modern professional activity of social educators contributes to the restoration of the multidimensionality of the traditional Russian educational process.
