Within the nonlinear single product model with constant elasticity of substitution production function and Verhulst logistic equation for description of dynamics of personnel number with corrections related to direct accounting of tax charges, a mathematical problem is formulated in the form of a system of differential equations describing taxation of enterprise profits and a problem of optimal software control search is considered.
