Mobbing as a manifestation of a destructive corporate culture

The article describes the phenomenon of mobbing based on deviations in the established value-normative structure of organizations. As one of the pronounced forms of deviant behavior of managers and employees, it is an indicator of the destructive principles of corporate culture, leading companies to destructive processes of disorganization and disintegration. Identifying the causes and nature of mobbing, describing the social portrait of the "victims", the authors provide modern evidence of the prevalence of bullying in the corporate environment. Based on the results of the WCIOM and MTS surveys, anti–mobbing policy measures for companies based on the triad of "diagnosis- prevention – proactivity" are interpreted.
