In the Pubmed and Medline libraries, a search was made for literature sources that touched upon the problems of preparing an autograft in patients with multiple myeloma (MM), and also analyzed our own experience of using a mobilization (RM) regimen with different intensities of the cytostatic component. The data of 79 publications devoted to this topic have been studied. Analysis of the literature data indicate a pronounced mobilization activity of the mobilization mode (RM) with the inclusion of highdose cyclophosphamide (CP). A less toxic scheme, the cytostatic component of which is represented by vinorelbine, is attractive due to the ability to predict in most cases the timing of the initiation of the first session of leukocytapheresis and the low incidence of complications. The results of our own research generally correspond to the figures of other authors. Recognizing the clinical need for RM without the introduction of cytostatics, the reports of other authors on the mobilization potential of the combination of G-CSF with plerixaphor were analyzed. A short duration of the regimen (no more than 5 days), a low incidence of repeated administration of plerixaphor, and rare episodes of toxic complications have been reported. Thus, the urgency of the problem of the effectiveness of RM without the appointment of cytostatic drugs is undoubtedly relevant.
