This article is devoted to the analysis of the mobilization of labor resources in the process of rehabilitation of collective farms. The scope of the study includes the territory of the Rostov region and the Krasnodar Territory. The time interval of the processes under consideration is in the border of 1943 to 1945. The subject of the study was the aspects of the restoration processes carried out by collective farmers in collective farms during the post-occupation period in the territories under consideration. The purpose of this study was to analyze the mobilization and restoration work taking place in collective farms in the Krasnodar Territory and the Rostov region. The practical significance of this work is to address the theme of the labor and heroism of the Soviet peasants of the rear, who, having survived the trials of the Nazi occupation, were able to play a key role in restoring agriculture, contributing to the economy of the country and the front, as well as to the fight against Nazism. The author draws attention to the labor enthusiasm of the peasant masses, based on the spirit of patriotism, the presence of a deep desire to restore the economy and daily life, the well-being of peaceful coexistence.
