Mobile waste-processing installation on the basis of plasma technologies

Human life is connected with the emergence of a huge number of various wastes. In our country, 90% of the waste is buried in landfills and dumps. Waste storage at landfills requires the alienation of large land areas and involves high transport costs. In addition, landfills are often sources of secondary pollution of the environment: conditions are created at waste storage sites that contribute to the spread of infections and the occurrence of fires. It creates threat to the life and health of the population. The solution of the problem of waste processing has become of primary importance in recent years. The aim of the study is to develop the technology and manufacture of technological equipment for step high temperature processing (pyrolysis, combustion, gasification) of solid waste with the exception of harmful emissions into the atmosphere and further processing of ash and slag waste. The proposed technology is based on the use of low-temperature plasma generators (plasma reactor and plasma torch). The introduction of this technology will solve the environmental problem of cities and large settlements of the Republic of Buryatia and the entire coastal zone of Lake Baikal - the World Heritage Monument. Plasma technology can allow not only to completely dispose of hazardous waste, but also produces goods and services ready for consumption, that is, completely involve waste in further production, which is the basic principle of rational nature management.
