This article, we will talk about the fact that at present the development of mobile technologies, the growing number of users of smartphones and tablets stimulate the emergence and active development of mobile applications, including for theme parking. Millions of people visit theme parks to have fun and enjoy travel. In order to survive in all the more competitive markets, theme parks must improve service and experience. We have advanced opportunities when visiting our favorite attractions. The main purpose of the article is to answer the question, why not use mobile devices that have at their disposal and do not create a mobile application for a theme park that will expand their capabilities? The theme park’s mobile application provides useful information for managing the park and increasing the number of access points that allow the park to enter its guests’ market with new and interesting studies. The hypothesis is that mobile applications are not only designed to interact with daily visitors, but also improve the overall impression of visiting the park, but can also serve as a new income for them.
