The article deals with the mechanism of regulation of socio-cultural relations, which is fashion. It is possible to define the problem of sociocultural communications in modern conditions, through the analysis of fashion as a system of norms. Fashion has a direct impact on the economic and social development of society, and therefore is a factor requiring serious attitude.
