Model of adaptation of company management to the conditions of digital transformation of the business environment

The article presents a comprehensive analysis of the mechanisms for adapting companies' management systems to the determinants of digital transformation in the business environment. Based on the systematization of existing theoretical and methodological approaches, the phenomenon of digital transformation has been conceptualized, key exogenous and endogenous factors determining the success of adaptation processes have been identified and classified. A complex multi-level structural-functional model of adaptation was developed and verified, integrating tools for quantitative assessment of the organization's level of digital maturity. As a result of the study, a set of practical recommendations aimed at increasing operational and strategic efficiency of the management system in the context of digitization was formed, supported by relevant analytical results of empirical calculations demonstrating the predicted economic effect.
