The model of factors affecting corrective action process integrated into management system

The purpose of this paper is to develop and verify the model of factors affecting Corrective action process integrated into quality management system. The presence of verified factors enables management decisions regarding process effectiveness improvement and quality management system to achieve the expected results. To achieve this purpose Exploratory one-factor and multy-factor analysis, Structural Equation Modelling in STATA software are used to test a priori model. 11 hypotheses for testing are identified, the posteriori model is obtained. Approbation results validated model statistical parameters as consistent and reliable. As a result, six factors significantly affecting Corrective action process were confirmed: (1) leadership, (2) innovative approach, (3) organizational environment, (4) training, (5) method, (6) tools.
