Model for forming civil legal culture of secondary vocational education students in the digital educational environment

The relevance of the research topic is determined by the rapid development of digital technologies penetrating into all spheres of public life. The complex socio-political and cultural-world outlook processes that society faces in the 21st century set new goals for the education and upbringing system of a person, changing the approach to the methods of personality formation. In this regard, the article discusses the concept of “civil law culture”, its components, as well as a structural and functional model of the formation of civil law culture of students of secondary vocational education in the digital environment. The methodological basis of the developed model is the socio-cultural, environmental and competence-based approaches. The model includes five blocks: value-motivational, target, content, organizational-activity and effective-correctional. In the organizational and activity block of the model, three stages of the educational process are distinguished (preparatory, formative, developmental). The filling of this block with methods, forms and means, depending on the stage of the educational process, is presented. To assess the level of formation of civil law culture, criteria and indicators have been developed and presented in the article.
