The article is devoted to the problem of professional communication formation for bachelors of adaptive physical training. The author pays particular attention not only to the behavior during development of the professional communication model for future specialists, but also to the study of special communication means when working with people with disabilities. The components of the implemented in 2012-2015 years experimental model of adaptive physical training bachelor's professional communication with disabled people are considered. The model is understood as an interconnected and interdependent complex, which includes several components: target, substantial and procedural, prognostic, evaluative and final ones. The qualification requirements to the modern professionals of adaptive physical training determined by a social order are taken into account; the content of the educational standard for the direction 032102.65 Physical education for persons with disabilities (adaptive physical education) (qualification - Bachelor of adaptive physical education); academic plan for the direction 032102.65 Physical education for persons with disabilities (adaptive physical education) (qualification - Bachelor of adaptive physical education). The totality of the obtained factors suggests that the established conditions in the institutions of higher education can effectively form professional communication for bachelor's of adaptive physical training with disabled people.
