The article offers the author's approach to tiered differentiation of personal and interdisciplinary learning results in primary school. This approach is based on semantic representations about the content of definitions "competence" and "competency". As a result, the teacher was not only aware of the content of professional activities at each stage (level) of personal development and interdisciplinary learning results of students in primary schools, but also aware of the peculiarities of control over their professional activities by the administration of educational organization and has the opportunity to design semantically reasonable individual educational trajectory for each student.
