Model of development of the evaluation competence of future teachers in the process of dual training

The article substantiates the urgency of the problem of forming the evaluation competence of future teachers, provides a scientific overview of research on this issue, and develops its methodological justification. The author analyzes in detail the evolution of scientific views on the concepts of “evaluation”, “evaluation”, and “evaluation activity” in the history of the development of human society from the era of antiquity to modernity. On the basis of historical analysis, the article builds up the conceptual apparatus of the study, analyzes the state of the problem of the formation of evaluation competence among students of the pedagogical college. The paper examines the potential of dual education in the formation of assessment competence among students of the pedagogical college, develops the pedagogical conditions for the introduction of dual education in the educational practice of the pedagogical college, describes in detail the content and organization of pedagogical practice in the context of dual learning aimed at developing students' skills activities. In the conclusion of the article, the author formulates generalizing theoretical conclusions and recommendations.
