The model of the formation of an undergraduate student's pedagogical culture in the educational process of higher education

The article attempts to present the implementation of the model of an undergraduate student's pedagogical culture's formation in the university educational process. Based on the studying of the research by different authors, the article identifies the main components of the model, such as target, informative, organizational and formative, evaluative and effective aspects, and discloses the content of these components in the educational process of the university. In addition, the article emphasizes the methodological basis of the model of pedagogical culture's formation, which is presented by cultural and student-activity approaches. Besides, the article defines one of the main elements of the implementation of these approaches that is a theory of dialogue (dialogue of cultures, heuristic dialogue, dialogue of personality and culture).
