Model of forming family values in teenagers

The article reveals the relevance of the problem of forming family values in adolescents, the essence of the concepts of «values», «family values», material and spiritual values are highlighted. Particular attention is paid to family traditions. The bases for designing a model for the formation of family values are highlighted, the components of the author’s model are characterized, the principles and pedagogical conditions for the formation of family values in adolescents are identified. In the content-technological block of the model, the core stands out - «At the family hearth». This program consists of cognitive, motivational and value, emotional and practical sections. It is noted that the family - the primary institution of socialization of the individual, has a decisive influence on him from the moment of birth to the formation of him as a person.
