The formation model of managerial competence of officers of the Russian Interior Ministry troops

This article develops the formation model of managerial competence of officers of the Russian Interior Ministry troops, which is consisting of the following clusters: the objective, the integrative, the technological, the monitoring and the effective. There are identified requirements to the graduate of a military higher education institution by the employer and the Federal State Educational Standard to implement the functions of a unit commander officer. It is concluded that the development of this model will become not only a tool for raising the level of competent professional readiness of officers of the Russian Interior Ministry troops, but it will find their way to a new type of commander, aimed at mastering the newest control system with make use of innovative technologies and practices that will ensure the creation of conditions for encouraging creativity and variability of military education as well as the ability to activate the professional initiatives of cadets.
