Model of formation of military and professional qualities of missile officers in aerospace university students

The article is devoted to the development of military education in the period of the military reform in Russia. The designed and tested model of educational process to develop missile officers' military and professional qualities of aerospace university students is presented in the article. It is shown how a pedagogical model, based on the synthesis of military and civil, in our case, aerospace education, makes it possible to complement and develop these educational systems and thereupon to improve the training quality of missile officers and aerospace industry specialists.
