Model and algorithm of planning solutions optimization on the urban development area

The article discusses the complexity of decisionmaking problems in the practice of urban planning. A conceptual and mathematical apparatus of modeling and optimization algorithm for constructing planning decisions is considered. Planning the territory development is considered as a linear problem of synthesis of the communication type network structure. The resources of network structure of urban planning based on their formal description are represented. A method for the quantitative assessment of the network structure resources is described. The step by step procedure for the practical implementation of the construction objects optimal placement is given.
