Mathematical model and algorithms for optimizing the data transmission network

It has been established that the optimization of existing and the formation of new data transmission network that can meet the ever-increasing requirements of end users is becoming a major and urgent task. The article considers the structure of the telecommunications network, offers a mathematical model of the data transmission network, and formulates the problem of optimizing the SPD. In order to find a set of Pareto-optimal solutions to the problem under consideration, the branch and bound method is adapted, and its computational complexity is analyzed. Examples of solving the problem of optimizing the data transmission network using the presented method and the results of computational experiments are also presented.
