Model of linguistic personality development in the system of general education

In the article represent a summary of actual problems of development of pupils in conditions of modernization of general education system and the implementation of new federal state educational standards. It is proved that in the context of contemporary social-cultural and linguistic situation required the development and implementation of scientifically valid mechanism of language development of the person as the backbone of the beginning of the educational process in the school and the family, the integration of language learning in the total educational process, in the process of creation of the personality and its subjective world-modeling. Presents the author''s model of the linguistic personality development in the system of General education, tested in the framework of the regional network project in educational institutions of Tyumen region. The proposed model allows designing the process of language development of the personality, which is implemented on the basis of hermeneutic methodology in the development of the linguistic and cultural content of education through the procedures of personal understanding, interpretation and interpreting cultural texts and semiotic tools. The model comprises four interrelated and complementary blocks: a value-reflexive, cognitive, procedural, productive, revealing the purpose and objectives, content, features and principles of the organization of the process of general education, criteria of efficiency of language development. Set out in article materials will help teachers, heads of educational institutions in the implementation of new language policies and language development personality based on humanitarian approaches.
