The article deals with the problem of medical, social and psychological support of over-fives with a somatic status Recurrent respiratory infection child. The article also presents the results of the research of the psychological features and social situation of development of sickly children. Besides, it proposes the model of medical, social and psychological support for families with sickly children aimed at improving their social situation of development and the somatic status.
