The model of international cooperation between the Amur region (Russia) and Chinese regions

The article is devoted to the problems of the development of international cooperation of regions extensively entering the international arena. The authors consider the problem on the example of the Amur Region extensively conducting international cooperation with Chinese regions. This cooperation is developing, on the one hand, against the background of a difficult political international environment, but on the other hand, against the background of unprecedented high level of trust between Russia and China. The Amur Region adopted a collaborative model with PRC regions, which has its own features and is important to study.
