The article explains the need for introducing monitoring as an independent unit in the management cycle into the process control structure of professional and personal self- determination of young people within networking of institutions of additional professional education. The authors give the definition of the notion « monitoring of professional and personal self-determination» and offer a four-level model of this monitoring.
