The article deals with the direction of attracting the address group in the business environment in order to enhance entrepreneurship in the city district of Nalchik. The topic is very relevant, as a great difficulty in the work of municipalities is the growing deficit of local budgets. The growth of entrepreneurial activity will help to smooth this problem.
