The article suggests a model for business-to-business (b2b) web portals evaluation, which is based upon the method of hierarchy analysis. Guiding by the analysis of the online business communication structure the authors develop a hierarchical criteria structure for internet portals assessment, and carry out a valuation of some portals using the AHP method.
