Efficiency assessment model for organizational and economic mechanism of management of Zauralie agricultural enterprises

In modern economic conditions, considering negative impact of internal and external environmental factors, the organized and effectively operating organizational and economic mechanism of management allows to achieve high results of an enterprise’s activity in terms of optimal use of resources. For this reason, issues related to the formation of such mechanism, as well as its efficiency and outcome assessment need to be examined. The work reveals the content of this economic category at the regional level (meso-level) and gives the author's representation of the elements of the mechanism of management of agricultural organizations. A system of economic diagnostics of the organizational and economic mechanism of management for agrarians is offered, and the criteria for the efficiency indicators analysis are defined. The scientific novelty of the research consists in the development of new levels of mechanism: technological and social, which also need to be taken into account when assessing the entire system of organizational and economic relations between agricultural producers. At the same time, new indicators reflecting the effectiveness of the application of the presented mechanism levels were introduced. The provisions proposed in the article are explained referring to the calculations made on the example of agricultural organizations of the Kurgan Region.
