The article is devoted to an assessment of competitiveness of products of firm as oneof the main components of its economic security. The formulation of a task offeredin article suggests to carry out an assessment of competitiveness of products of firmfrom the point of view of classification which results are presented for descriptivereasons in the form of the card of classes of products of firms. It offers the economic-mathematical optimizing parametrical model allowing to carry out classificationof products of firm and its competitors for each strategic zone of managing forthe solution of a problem of an assessment of competitiveness of products of firm.Therefore it offeres to use methods of matrix data processing.
